Sapphire Man

Another ore man skin. This one of sapphire, even though it's not a minecraft ore.

So, I'm going to drop an idea on you guys for these three ores.

Ok, what if ruby, sapphire, and emerald existed in minecraft, appearing as often as gold, and, when you mined a block of say, ruby ore, you get a block of ruby. The blocks act like diamond and silver blocks, and can be broke into three shards in the crafting table, and fixed again. The shards can be used to make color tinted torches, special dyes, and, when 3 peices of each shard is combined, make a majic potion to activaite a magic meter if you don't have one, or replenish it if you do. The magic would allow you to shoot elemental arrows, place or break blocks from twice as far, and create water blocks and such.

So, what you guys think?
